Mechanical Dock Leveler
Easy to operate – no heavy lifting. Simply pull the release chain. The deck is driven up by heavy duty lift springs and the lip is smoothly powered out of the locked position. Dock is then “walked” down onto the truck bed. When the truck departs, the lip releases, allowing the unit to be returned to the cross traffic position.
Hydraulic Dock Leveler
The U-Series hydraulic dock leveler comes standard with a single push button control for sequenced deck and lip operation. Operating range is up to 12” (305mm) above and 12” (305mm) below the dock leveler. The U-Series comes complete with a 1HP, Totally Enclosed Non-Ventilated (TENV) power pack system.
Air Dock Leveler
The U-Series airbag dock leveler comes standard with a NEMA4X / IP65 rated single push button control for sequenced deck and lip operation. When activated, the air bag inflates, raising the deck. When the button is released, the bag deflates, allowing the deck to lower smoothly onto the trailer bed.
Edge of Dock Leveler
When dock space is limited or the working range of a full-size, pit-style dock leveler is not needed, rely on an economical Edge of Dock leveler. Edges of dock levelers are available with Hydraulic or Mechanical activation (lift) for smooth and reliable operation. Edge of Dock levelers are ideal when trucks are backing to a dock. With a simple pull of the handle the dock board will lift over the truck height for easy positioning.
Vertical Storing Dock Leveler
Your first choice when quoting LEED certified projects. The Blue Giant U-Series vertical storing dock leveler is the perfect loading dock solution for facilities and applications that require strict climate control or high cleanliness levels. It improves internal temperature control, reduces the risk of door damage, and minimizes debris entry. Trailers typically back into the specially designed loading dock bay and before the doors are opened allowing for contamination, a complete seal is formed between trailer and inside the facility.
Dock Seals
Chalfant Series 100 provides the best possible seal between the building and truck at your loading dock. A truck backs into your loading dock and compresses the Series 100 Standard to create a seal. The truck is then stopped by properly selected loading dock bumpers to suit the application. When loading/unloading is completed at the dock and the truck departs, your Chalfant Series 100 foam pad returns to its original shape, ready for the next truck.
Hydraulic Vehicle Restraints

Mechanical Vehicle Restraints
